What is your Refund Policy?

All sales are final sale. Please be sure to double check the photos, the condition notes and what’s included e.g. straps, original receipts. There are rare occasions where we accept returns, if we’re notified within 3 days and items are returned within 7 days. Please see full T&Cs on our website.

Please Note : Our items are digitally ‘Fingerprinted’ using Entrupy technology and easily identified by Source as the original product sent out to customers.

Are your items 100% authentic, and guaranteed?

Yes, all our pieces are 100% authentic. Our brand-new handbags are sourced directly from the designer’s outlets/showrooms overseas, or from approved retailers, and come with original receipts and authentication cards. Our pre-loved items undergo a two-step authentication process: by our in-house experts and using Entrupy. Source Designer is an Entrupy Verified Business and we utilise their globally recognised authentication technology. We are confident in our processes, and support this with a 100% Authentic Money Back Guarantee.

How long does shipping take, and what’s the cost?

We offer discounted, flat rate shipping! All items are sent Express for security reasons and must be 'signed for' upon delivery. Shipping takes the following days (business days) and costs. Within Australia : 1-2 days (3-7 days for rural) $12 or free for items over $1,000. New Zealand : 3-7 days $49. International : 3-8 days $79. 

All shipments are tracked, require a signature upon delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Please add an additional 1-2 business days for Source to dispatch.

Can I collect my item on the Gold Coast?

Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service from our Surfers Paradise studio – address provided in your purchase confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Additional costs due to import taxes enforced by that country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Our Source LayBy Service is available for Australian residents only. It allows you to reserve any item above $1,000, with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Balances must be paid in full within 6 weeks, with no interest to pay.

We also have AfterPay where you can receive your item immediately and pay it off in 4 payments over 6 weeks. See our Payment Plans page for full information.

Can I contact Source to find out more about a particular item?

Absolutely! We’d love to help you out. If you have any questions regarding the condition of an item, the sizing or fit or even style advice, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. Email: info@sourcedesigner.com.au 

What if I’m not happy with the Condition of an Item?

Items listed on the website will show photographs of the actual item available for purchase, a description of any flaws and condition grades. (Shots of the product on models may also be used).

We are as transparent as possible with each item’s condition. We encourage you to thoroughly check the photographs, description, condition notes, and any packaging or accessories that come with the item (e.g. straps, original receipts) before purchase.

All sales are final sale, so it’s important that buyers double check.

How does your Authentication Service work?

If you want to check if your designer handbag is the 'real deal', you can use our Authentication Service. You don’t have to consign your item to Source (for us to sell for you) to use this service.

Source is an Entrupy Verfied Business, so the verification involves using their patented AI-Powered, global verification technology. The cost is $80 for standard brands and $200 for Hermes. If you would like a Certificate of Authenticity as evidence, issued by Entrupy, there is an additional charge of $30.

In some cases, Source may use external partners who specialise in luxury goods.

What is the best way to get the item I want from your latest drop?

Highly desirable items will sell quickly. Each drop (collection) is promoted on Instagram, Facebook and sent to our email newsletter members. The collection goes live and is available to purchase on our website on a particular, promoted night, AEST. We recommend turning on post notifications in Instagram and Facebook, as a reminder to be the first to shop, or sign up to our e-newsletter.
