GENERAL

We only use shipping with signature upon delivery, for security reasons. Packages cannot be sent to a PO Box, cannot be left at a property and always require a signature. Orders are typically dispatched by Source within 1–2 business days. 

AUSTRALIA

Items under $300: Standard Australia Post Flat Rate $12.

Shipping time is 2–6 business days, after dispatch. This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery.

Items over $301: Standard Australia Post Flat Rate Free!

Shipping time is 2-6 business days. It is a tracked service and it requires a signature on delivery.

Optional Australia Post Express Shipping, flat rate $25.

Shipping time is 2-3 business days, or 5-7 business days for rural areas, after dispatch. It is a tracked service and it requires a signature on delivery.

NEW ZEALAND & INTERNATIONAL

We only use DHL Express, with signature required upon delivery, for security reasons.

We ship internationally on a Duty Deliveries Unpaid basis. This means, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival into the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Source Designer cannot inform the customer about these charges. Refused orders on this basis will not be accepted as a Return.

New Zealand : Express Flat Rate (discounted) $89 AUD. 

Other International: Express Flat Rate (discounted) $110 AUD.

Shipping time is typically 5 business days for NZ and 3-8 business days for other international, after dispatch. This is a tracked service and requires a signature upon delivery.

GOLD COAST CLICK AND COLLECT

Orders are available for collection from our Surfers Paradise studio. Please select ‘in-store pick up’ at checkout. Address provided in your order confirmation. Our Click and Collect is not considered a ‘viewing’ or ‘try on’ of the item.
