Refunds & Returns:

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds. Please inspect all photos and condition notes carefully. Videos are also available on social media. Please see below for rare exceptions, limited to the following cases only:

1a. Item Not as Described – We are transparent with our photographs, description and condition notes for listed items. You may request a return via email within 2 days of delivery of the item, if you can evidence that the condition of your item is contrary to what was listed.

1b. Item Not Authentic – Our items undergo a two-step authentication process: by our in-house team and using Entrupy’s global verification technology. If you wish to dispute authenticity and initiate our Authenticity Money Back Guarantee, buyers will be asked to provide alternate certified evidence.

1c. Faulty Goods - If you believe the goods are faulty, please email info@sourcedesigner.com.au within 2 days of delivery of the item, with a description of the fault and photos. Items found to be faulty will be entitled to a refund.

Refunds are processed onto the original method of payment only. 

Items must be received back in original condition, unused and with original packaging.

Entrupy Identified:

Please note : Our items are digitally ‘Fingerprinted’ using Entrupy technology and can be identified by Source as the original product sent out to customers.

Authentication Service:

All sales are final.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN?

EMAIL US

Returns must be requested by emailing info@sourcedesigner.com.au within 2 days from the delivery date. The start date is when the item was ‘signed for’, regardless of who signed at your delivery address.

SHIP THE ITEM BACK

After we have communicated and Source has agreed to accept a return, the item must be shipped back to us within 3 days from your delivery date. (Return address details will be provided, once the return has been agreed.)

All shipping costs and responsibility for the returned item remains with the buyer, until it is received by Source Designer. It must be sent ‘express, tracked and signature on delivery’. The return must be lodged for shipment by 5pm on the 3rd day. There are no restocking fees.

The parcel tracking code will need to be supplied to Source.
